The Assomption Industrial Park is located in the borough of Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. It is bordered by Sherbrooke Street, Viau, Hochelaga and Dickson. It is the only industrial park on the island of Montreal that is directly accessible via a subway (Assomption Station). Its location allows for easy access to Highway 25. Freight transport by vessels is supplied via the Port of Montreal. In addition, the Assomption Industrial Park is bordered by a residential area with a high density, as well as popular recreational and tourism attractions.
