It is borderd by Henri-Bourassa Boulevard East, Maurice-Duplessis Boulevard and the Philippe Pinel InstituteSouth. Some constraints that limit the development of this park include Hydro-Québec lines that occupy part of the land that are still vacant or specialized institutions. The proximity of the new Rivière-des-Prairies commuter train station and the extension of Maurice-Duplessis Boulevard will help increase the attractiveness of available land.
