The Pointe-aux-Trembles Industrial Park 2 is located in the borough of Rivière-des-Prairies - Pointe-aux-Trembles. It is bordered by Sherbrooke Street East, 3rd Avenue, Montigny Street and 5th Avenue. This park is situated in east end of Montreal is near several industrial sectors but also adjacent to a residential area. The park is relatively small containing four companies; however, there are six vacant lots which represent 60% of the territory of the park. All vacant lots owned by the City of Montreal. The park is attached to the Suncor facilities and must be fully developed. It would require public investment in machinery.
