The Cité Scientifique Industrial Park is located at the northwest boundary of the Côte-des-Neiges - Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. The park is in between of Royalmount Street and Paré Street. A possible southward expansion is not feasible due to the Canadian National railway lines.The Cité Scientifique is located in a booming sector. Indeed, the upcoming years will see the sector develop more strategic projects including the Hippodrome residential areas and Royalmount mega-center.
