Parc industriel Anjou

Québec, Montréal

The Anjou Industrial Park is located in the borough of the same name. It is bordered by Golf Boulevard, the Metropolitan Highway (East), Ray Lawson Boulevard and Jules Léger Street. The Anjou Industrial Park is near the intersection of Highway 40 and Highway 25. This location allows entrepreneurs to be close to many markets, mainly the east end of the Montreal region. In addition, the park has a railway line two times per week.It is difficult to expand within the park because there are very few vacant lots available; however, there is a large supply of spaces for rent.
