The Rivière-Beaudette Industrial Park is located 3 km north of Highway 20. This economic space has hosted for many years now Montupet, the French auto parts manufacturer. After twenty years of existence, the closure of the company in 2008 has resulted in the loss of approximately 200 jobs. A major government response has supported the economic recovery of this municipality (for example, through diversification and economic development fund). Since 2011, initatives have started reviving this industrial park (Deva Paper acquired the Montupet facilities and Bélisle Furniture consolidated its activities with presence in the park).
