Canadian Pacific (CP) owns the land that were once used for weapons storage. After many efforts to acquire the necessary permits for the establishment of an intermodal terminal, CP currently has been rethinking the project. Currently, the area is occupied by a company of the plastics industry in the north and another specializing in the handling of rail cars.
