The Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue industrial park possesses an area of 1.4 km² and houses newer industrial stock, largely multi-tenant in type. The park offers good accessibility, flat land, and still over 6 million square feet of contiguous industrial land for development. This park is located in the western part of the Island of Montreal and is delineated by le Parc Agricole du Bois-de-La-Roche and wetlands to the north, by chemin Sainte-Marie to the south which runs parallel to autoroute Trans-Canada (A-40), to the west by Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue's McGill University Macdonald Campus agricultural farm land, and to the east by now protected wetland running parallel to chemin de l'Anse à L'Orme. The industrial park currently accommodates companies such as Cathelle, Schluter Systems, and MDA Aerospace.
