The Pierrefonds-Roxboro industrial park is considered the smallest industrial park in the West Island of Montreal. It has an area of 0.1 km². It possess an industrial building stock that can be characterized as older, however, the park offers lots of potential because of the availability of industrial lands and great accessibility.Pierrefonds-Roxboro is the longest municipality in the West-Island hugging a large portion of the northern watershed between highway A-13 to the east and the city limit with Senneville to the west. There is limited potential for industry along Gouin boulevard, however, more potential for accommodation of industry in the section of the park located in the area of A-13 and Pitfield at the city limits with Ville-Saint-Laurent.Some companies present in this industrial park are Daniel Henkel, Thermogen Power services Inc., Cochimbec Inc., and Beau-Delo Inc.
